Course Menu

The following links are common elements in the course menu (on the left-side of the page in Canvas) you can use to access different areas of the course. Depending on how navigation settings are used by your professor, these links may also be located on the menu list in both desktop and mobile versions. The menu includes:

  1. Announcements - Check for new announcements at least twice a week
  2. Syllabus - Locate the Syllabus document
  3. Modules - Access course content
  4. Assignments - View an index of all graded work, included Assignments, Discussions, and Quizzes
  5. Discussions - View any available course discussions
  6. Quizzes - View any available course quizzes
  7. Grades - View your scores and feedback
  8. QC Libraries Links to an external site.- Access library information, including research help, databases, hours, and librarian chat

Module Navigation

This course is divided into modules, or units of study.  Each module includes learning outcomes, content, and activities. Access the course modules by the link above or by clicking the Modules link from the left-side course menu. Once inside a module, you may choose to move through the module content by selecting the Next and Previous buttons near the bottom of the page.
