In this module, we will focus on the NAEYC accreditation process.


Module Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:

 

Familiarize themselves with the NAEYC accreditation standards and criteria, enabling them to comprehend the fundamental requirements and expectations necessary for achieving accreditation status for early childhood programs.
   
Integrate evidence-based practices and pedagogical approaches endorsed by NAEYC into their early childhood programs, fostering optimal learning environments and experiences for young children while adhering to accreditation standards.
   
Develop the skills and knowledge required to navigate the NAEYC accreditation process efficiently, including preparing documentation, conducting self-assessments, engaging in continuous improvement efforts, and effectively communicating with NAEYC assessors, leading to successful accreditation outcomes.
