Welcome to Module One/Exploration & Colonial Establishment

Students will review several explorers in the New World as well as learning about how the original 13 colonies were formulated and what colonial life was like.

Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:

  1. Identify key indigenous groups in the Amricas
  2. Assess the motives and outcomes for exploration
  3. Hold knowledge of the settlement of the 13 colonies
