Persuasive speaking

It might be helpful to you to keep an ongoing audio and/or video file of your progress in speaking. This might help you recognize the value of enunciation, and how important it is to enunciate words clearly. There used to be a course called "Diction" which was taught commonly in secondary schools, which basically taught kids to speak clearly. Those courses faded away decades ago (even before my time!). But this is really a significant aspect of speech. It's your enunciation. Let's see if we can find some stuff on the Web and do some practice on this in class. Steve Dooner's Drama Club is the right address for help in this area. Thespians enunciate well! They have to!
