FYS Pre-Course Survey

The purpose of First Year Seminar is to equip students with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful students. In an effort to measure the impact of this course we ask each FYS student to complete this ungraded pre-course survey before the course begins.  Students will not be graded on their responses, but you will receive credit for completing the pre-course survey.

This survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. If you have any questions or hesitations in completing this survey, please contact your instructor.
